Joëlle Boutin joins the board of the IID Institute

We are pleased to announce that the Executive Committee of Laval University has approved the appointment of Ms. Joëlle Boutin, Partner, Consulting, and Leader for the Quebec and Eastern Canada Government Practice at PwC Canada, as an external member of the IID Institute’s Board of Directors. Her term runs from March 17, 2026, to March 16, 2029.


This appointment marks an important new milestone for our governance. Ms. Boutin’s expertise, particularly in organizational transformation, public innovation, and strategy, will be a valuable asset in advancing the Institute’s mission.


We would also like to extend our warmest thanks to Ms. Sarah Legendre-Bilodeau, Senior Vice President, Consulting Group, Artificial Intelligence – Videns, powered by Cofomo, for her contribution to the development of the IID as an external board member. Her commitment and vision have greatly enriched the governance work during her term.
